Bend the knees to tap the floor, then return to standing without using the hands. Use core driven power to hop and rotate 180 degrees to repeat on the opposite side.<\/p>\n<h4>Frog Hop Lean Back <\/h4>\n<p><strong>Focus:<\/strong> Develops dynamic core strength and spinal mobility<br \/><strong>Do: <\/strong>Hop forward and backward using the hands and a deep knee bend. Lean back to challenge spinal mobility while maintaining core control.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Use These Movements:<\/h3>\n<p>Start with the Total Gym exercises to develop strength, control, and capacity in a stable environment. Once comfortable, challenge yourself with the functional or snow drills to apply those qualities under variable conditions.
