Do one, do both, or sprinkle them into your week\u2026 whatever feels right for you and your schedule. Just show up, and be grateful for you.<\/p>\n<p>These challenges are my way of saying <strong>thank you <\/strong>~ to your body for showing up, to your effort for carrying you through, and to this amazing Total Gym community that we get to be part of together.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GIVE PLANKS CHALLENGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a quick, fiery core flow that keeps you honest and connected from head to toe.<em><br \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set a timer and move with steady, controlled form.<\/li>\n<li>Take a quick rest between exercises and continue the Give Plank flow.<\/li>\n<li>30 seconds per exercise Repeat 2\u20133 rounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Give Planks Exercises:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Diagonal Mountain Climbers<\/li>\n<li>Straight-Arm Plank<\/li>\n<li>Side Plank (Right \/ Left)<\/li>\n<li>Forearm Plank<\/li>\n<li>Side Forearm Plank (Right \/ Left)<\/li>\n<li>Forearm Leg Taps<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Plank Form Tips:<\/strong><br \/>Think long spine, active core, and strong shoulders. Press the floor away, keep hips level, and breathe steadily. Focus on quality over speed!\u00a0 <strong>To modify, <\/strong>drop to your knees while maintaining the same long line from shoulders to knees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TURKEY BURNER TOTAL GYM CHALLENGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A holiday-themed full-body burner that\u2019s perfect for any schedule. Do a single round, or add more if you\u2019re feeling ambitious! It\u2019s all about showing up and moving your body.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform 1 or more rounds, 20 reps per exercise<\/li>\n<li><strong>Set Up: <\/strong>Low\u2013Medium Incline (adjust based on your strength), Timer App<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accessories: <\/strong>Squat Stand + Cables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Turkey Burner Exercises:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>(Attach Squat Stand, low incline level)<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Gravy Burn Burpees<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Harvest Lunges<\/strong> \u2013 Right \/ Left<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gobble Squat Crunch<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>(Attach Cables &amp; adjust incline level to strength)<\/em><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Festive Flies<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Carved Curls &amp; Extend <\/strong>(arms combo)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Turkey Twist <\/strong>\u2013 Right \/ Left<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pumpkin Pie <\/strong><strong>Press<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mashed Pullover <\/strong>(core + shoulder combo)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Move smoothly, stay aligned, breathe with intention, and let gratitude fuel your strength.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stay Connected + Get the Workouts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Want to see the moves?
