After all, fitness isn\u2019t just about the physical.\u00a0 It\u2019s also about resetting your mindset, refreshing your habits, and recommitting to goals that make you feel empowered, strong, and balanced.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s how you can spring clean your fitness routine and set yourself up for success this season, using your Total Gym and beyond.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Evaluate Your Current Routine<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Before making changes, take a step back and evaluate where you are.
